At Fenign, we use Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a strategic and creative support tool—not as a substitute for professional judgment, human creativity, or business strategy.

This disclaimer applies to any service that incorporates AI technologies, including but not limited to:

  • AI-Generated Content
  • AI Photography
  • Creative Automation
  • AI-Assisted Workflows
  • AI-Enhanced Creative Services

HOW FENIGN USES ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Artificial Intelligence is used at Fenign to:

✔ Improve production efficiency.

✔ Accelerate content creation processes.

✔ Support creative development.

✔ Automate repetitive tasks.

✔ Improve visual and messaging consistency.

All AI-generated work is subject to:

  • Human supervision.
  • Strategic review.
  • Brand alignment.
  • Professional quality control.

LIMITATIONS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

The client understands and accepts that:

  • AI-generated results may vary.
  • AI cannot guarantee complete accuracy.
  • Visual, stylistic, or tonal variations may occur.
  • Human realism cannot always be replicated perfectly.
  • AI-generated content may require human adjustments.
  • AI does not replace traditional photography, filming, or production when complete realism is required.

RIGHTS TO AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Deliverables created using Artificial Intelligence are considered part of the contracted service.

Fenign retains ownership of:

  • Internal workflows.
  • Prompt engineering.
  • System configurations.
  • Production methodologies.
  • Creative processes.

The client may use the final deliverables according to the agreed-upon purposes and scope of the project.

Prompts, internal configurations, workflows, and proprietary methodologies are not included in the service unless expressly agreed in writing.

Purchasing an AI-related service does not transfer ownership of the technologies, systems, or creative methodologies used to produce the work.

PORTFOLIO AND PROMOTIONAL USE

By purchasing AI-related services, the client agrees that Fenign may use completed work for:

  • Portfolio presentations.
  • Case studies.
  • Marketing materials.
  • Educational content.
  • Professional demonstrations of our capabilities.

Fenign will never disclose:

❌ Sensitive information.

❌ Financial information.

❌ Internal business strategies.

❌ Passwords, credentials, or private access information.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Fenign shall not be responsible for:

  • Misuse of AI-generated content.
  • Misinterpretation of deliverables.
  • Business decisions made solely on AI-generated output.
  • Client actions based exclusively on AI recommendations.

Artificial Intelligence is a support tool. Final decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

ACCEPTANCE OF THIS DISCLAIMER

By purchasing any service that includes Artificial Intelligence, the client acknowledges that they:

  • Understand the capabilities and limitations of AI.
  • Accept this framework for AI usage.
  • Recognize that AI is a support tool and not a guarantee of results.
